How many of us are happy with our way of living? Have we all entered a zone where we are content with our lives? We all, while in the process of living, make certain plans about our future or the way we would lead our lives. We become the conductors of this orchestra called life. But even then something or the other goes amiss. Why is that? When we have completely decided what the plan of action would be then whatever might come in the way it should not matter. But are we really able to overcome every hurdle that we encounter in our paths? The answer would not be affirmative.
If I asked you all to guess the reason for this lack of ownership what would your option be? Lack of resources, time constraint, family related problems, personal issues or some other very genuine reason and explanation.
But while living do we need to be so hardwired about all such things? I am not saying that these things do not matter or they never come into picture, rather what needs to change is our thinking process. It is very well said that ‘what we think, we become’ and if we want to keep on moving forward then we need to preach this.
Now the question would be how can we inculcate this kind of attitude in our already concentrated minds? Won’t it disturb the balance in life that we might have achieved till now?
No, it won’t because all we need to do is become more positive towards the lessons life teaches us. Anything new that would be introduced would be the positive thinking. It was said by Rhonda Byrne in The Secret that positive thinking attracts positive ways of living and even the universe helps us in achieving our life goals. Now, who would not want this, to be in complete control of our lives? And all we need to change is broaden the spectrum of our positive thinking. This would eventually lead to better foresight, a tight hold on our attitude towards life’s downfalls, improved judgment and increased patience.
